Leadership BALM™ applications are individualized to meet YOUR organization’s needs. Sessions can:
- Include an individual leader, leadership team, or work group(s)
- Be a single project:
- Strategic planning
- Staff or leadership specific issue
- Just in Time workshops on a specific need
- Focus on a particular issue in an area such as marketing, operations, human resources
- Be ongoing:
- Interval training
- Assessment of integration and application of skills
- Process facilitation
Leadership BALM™ application includes:
- Initial Complimentary one hour consultation to determine issues, needs and people involved
- Needs assessment of organization through interview or survey
- Review of assessment findings and creation of development plan including topics, dates, times and desired outcomes
- Execution of development plan
